We do not offer installation services directly, but we provide a verified and trusted list of professional wallpaper installers on our website. You can find the list here.
Yes, we offer free samples and cuttings to help you make the right choice. You can request up to 4 cuttings per order. Delivery fees apply and are calculated at checkout.
Wallpaper Orders: 7-10 business days (Free delivery).
Samples & Cuttings: 3-10 business days, depending on stock availability.

All transactions are processed securely through Yoco.
We have a 7-day return policy for wallpaper only if it is damaged. Sale items are not eligible for returns. If your wallpaper arrives damaged, contact support@thewallpaperemporium.co.za within 24 hours of receipt.
Orders can only be modified or canceled before processing. Once dispatched, no changes can be made. Please reach out as soon as possible if you need assistance.
At this time, we only sell pre-designed wallpaper collections. However, we offer a variety of styles to suit different aesthetics.
