7-Day Return Policy

At The Wallpaper Emporium, we take pride in offering premium-quality wallpapers. If you receive a damaged product, you may return it within 7 business days of receipt for a replacement or refund.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The wallpaper must be damaged upon arrival.
  • You must contact us within 7 business days of receiving your order at info@thewallpaperemporium.co.za with your order number, proof of purchase, and clear photos of the damage.
  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all labels intact.
  • The return must be shipped back at your own cost within 2-5 business days after notifying us.

Once received, returns will be inspected within 72 hours. If approved, we will process a refund or replacement, minus delivery costs, within 5 business days. Refunds will be issued via EFT to your provided bank account.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale items are final and cannot be returned.

Defective Goods

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours at info@thewallpaperemporium.co.za. We are committed to resolving issues promptly and ensuring you receive the quality you expect.
